Death by decisions? If that was a thing I might be dead. Decision fatigue is the deterioration of our ability to make good decisions after a long period of making decisions.
While it’s great to have a lot of options, too many options or decisions can be a bad thing and make you less productive.. So in this video, I walk through some examples of decision fatigue and how to avoid it.
